Flamingo Strings are an exciting and passionate educational String Quartet based in Perth, Western ​Australia. We provide a musical incursion for primary schools and kindergartens. We are also a concert quartet that plays in varied locations and events around Perth.

​Classical music is vital and exciting! Flamingo Strings are a string quartet that provide a fresh approach to musical engagement. We aim to engage with Pre Primary,  Primary and Middle School children to inspire a love of classical music through our energetic performances that not only showcase our favourite music but have the students actively participate.​

​The performances take kids on a journey through historic and contemporary pieces to ignite imaginations and reveal classical music's extraordinary possibilities.
Our concerts are for every child, absolutely no musical training is needed to be a part of this show. It may inspire them to start an instrument though!
